JOB ADVERT : TRAINER TRANSSION HOLDINGS is the company formerly known as TECNO TELECOM Limited. A global company with offices in many countries and regions. We are looking for TRAINER ORAIMO. Key Accountabilities: Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas for improvement; Designing training programs on time and within budget; Prepare physical and digital training materials (e.g. videos and case studies); Ensure the integration of new sales staff into the company; Coordinate individual and team skills assessment sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses; Monitor sales targets and results; Gather feedback from learners and managers on training courses; Report on the impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved); Ensure to achieve monthly/yearly sales target; Follow up with the sales team to make sure our clients have sufficient stock Provide detailed products knowledge to customers and give them proper suggestions on sales and visibility. Follow up with our Data Analysts about weekly PSI, sales reports in a timely manner, submit new product forecast and/or DRP according to actual sales; Other temporary tasks assigned by manager; Maintain up-to-date records of training materials, curriculum and costs. Qualifications and Experience: Should have a Bachelor degree in Marketing ; At least 1 year of experience in a similar position ; Knowledge on accessories and android phones; Skilled in using Excel, Word, Power-point software. Capabilities and Skills : Open minded , smart , and responsible Person, Ability to solve new problem; International Mobility; Good communication skills; Fluent in English (written and spoken); A dynamic person; Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure.
