We are #Hiring a Business Development & Communications Manager Here at TN Events & Entertainment, we are a leading fast growing Events Planning, Branding, Marketing & Communication agency located in the Economic Capital City of Douala. We are hiring an experienced Business Development & Communications Manager to help us keep growing Key Responsibilities As a Business Development & Communications Manager you will work to propel our brand image through consistent messaging and strategy to help us keep growing You will generate proposals, negotiate contract terms and conditions and communicate effectively with stakeholders Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing and communications campaigns and monitor their success Define key performance indicators for each communications channel which will indicate a campaign’s level of success Determine strategic communications campaigns that will help further agency’s goals Oversee the creation of sales, marketing and communications collateral to ensure that it is consistent with the agency’s brand, including white papers, website copy, and more Represent the organisation at events and press conferences Reach out to influencers, media and beyond in order to arrange story placement on a national level Qualifications 3+ years prior experience working in a Business Development, Sales, Marketing or communications role and preferably in an Event Planning, Branding or Communication agency Proven success designing and executing Business Development, Marketing and Communications strategies and campaigns Up to date on Branding, Events Management, Marketing and Communications trends and able to stay ahead of the curve Must be able to think analytically and strategically Great multitasker and capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects with different deadlines Superior written and verbal communications and negotiation skills To succeed in this role, professional proficiency in Both French & English Language is a must.
