JOB ADVERT : HR Supervisor TRANSSION HOLDINGS is the company formerly known as TECNO TELECOM Limited. A global company with offices in many countries and regions. We are looking for a Human Resources Supervisor. Key Accountabilities: Organize the development of enterprise recruitment, training and performance appraisal system, the formulation of human resources job description and management process; Master the local labor law; Responsible for the HR operations and daily duties; Responsible for the local discipline and relations with others departments; Deal with labor contract disputes; Responsible for employee's salary accounting, tax and social insurant payment. Qualifications and experience : Min bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management Over 5 years working experience, at least 2 years in HR team management Professional human resources management skills, familiar with human resources management processes and related laws and regulations and policies; Participated in the relevant human resources management, labor laws and regulations and other aspects of training work; Capabilities and Skills : Ability to work out of the country; Ability to solve problems; Good communication skills; Fluent in English & French (written and spoken); Good analytical skills; Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure; Hard working, Responsible, with a high degree of enthusiasm for work.
