OPPORTUNITY SOLUTIONS RH + EMPLOI SARL specialized in the provision of temporary staff, seeks for the needs of one of its clients operating in the Building and Public Works (BTP) sector: A Senior Tax Accountant (location Yaoundé). Missions: Your main mission will be to analyze the financial elements of the company in order to find measures to control its tax expenses. Your missions will consist of : Manage the accounting (analysis, processing and Bookkeeping of accounting documents according to the OHADA system, bank reconciliations); Manage taxation (analysis and processing of accounting documents according to Cameroonian tax standards, forecasts, depreciation, income taxes, etc.); Manage monthly tax and social security declarations (data collection, processing, calculation, declarations and payment); Produce monthly reports on the company's accounting and tax activities; Train the teams on the accounting modules; Develop an information monitoring strategy on current tax laws; Participate in the company's tax audits Carry out all other tasks assigned by the hierarchy in accordance with his/her professional skills. Required Profiles: Have a minimum of a Bachelor/Master's degree in accounting/management/finance/taxation or any other equivalent degree; Have a minimum of 5 years of experience, 3 in a similar sector; Be perfectly bilingual; Have a good command of management software (Pack Office, SAGE Accounting and Payroll ...) Have a great love for numbers (their handling and processing); Have a good knowledge of laws and regulations; Have a sense of confidentiality and rigor; Be methodical and organized; Have a great capacity of analysis and synthesis; Be proactive, flexible and versatile; Be a good listener and know how to communicate; Ability to manage stress; Ability to manage teams; Have a sense of integrity.
