OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Secretary-Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of office and bookkeeping tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES: Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements Answer, screen and record messages on all incoming telephone calls Type letters, memorandums and reports Open incoming mail and distribute to appropriate staff personnel Maintain confidentiality of all assignments of a confidential nature Maintain Human Resource Files and Tracking. Vacation and Sick Accrual Responsible for maintain filing system(s) Responsible for day to day administrative office management Perform other duties as assigned EDUCATION Minimum High School Diploma and at least 2 years accounting experience. Excellent verbal and writing as well as typing skills in English and French knowledge of Sage accounting software, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
