We are looking for a Human Resources Supervisor. Key Accountabilities : Organize the development of enterprise recruitment, training and performance appraisal system, the formulation of human resources job description and management process; Responsible for the implementation of recruitment plan, assist in interview Responsible for the staff's entry and exit procedures, deal with labor contract disputes Responsible for employee's salary accounting, tax and social insurant payment. Profil recherché pour le poste : Human Resources Supervisor Qualifications and expérience : Minimum bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management Over 3 years work experience, at least 2 years in HR team management Professional human resources management skills, familiar with human resources management processes and related laws and regulations and policies of Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC); Participated in the relevant human resources management, labor laws and regulations and other aspects of training work; Recognition of TRANSSION’S culture. Capabilities and Skills : Ability to solve problems; Good communication skills; Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); Ability to work out of the country; Good analytical skills; Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure; Hard-working, Responsible, with a high degree of enthusiasm for work.
