INTERNSHIP ADVERT WS Market Research is looking for 4 Human Resource interns to join their team of passionate workforce. They shall recruits participants for our large market research projects. Responsibilities In-charge of drafting all recruitment plans to recruits project participants based on project goals In-charge of filling all current and future vacancies within the company. Handles all job postings and sourcing of resumes for interviews Conducts interviews alongside the managing director Contacts all successful candidates for employment Handles the on-boarding process, induction and orientation for new employees In-charge of providing all new employees with all items they require to perform their duties Analyses employee performance Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Qualification and eligibility: Minimum HND or BTS in Human Resource management. Bilingual Lives in Yaounde Computer proficiency skills Public speaking skills Good knowledge of MS Excel.
