Carlcare is the after sales service of Transsion Holdings' different brands. We are recruiting to fill the position below; Job title: Community manager phone collector Location: Douala, Akwa Key responsibilities: Advertising the company on social media, Follow up of customer's complaints both on social media networks and within the company, Serve as an Interface between Carlcare and dealers, Receiving faulty phones from customers for maintenance, Responsible for the pre-diagnosis of faulty phones and translating them in technical terms. Education Requirements: HND/BTS or other equivalent in a related field field of study with minimum one year of experience. Ability to understand customer service. Understand the mobile phone industry. Qualifications: Acquainted with English and French Language. Social media experience. Computing experience.
