OPPORTUNITE Who are we? Green Tasty Products is a Cameroonian company based in Yaounde, which aims to develop speciality agricultural products for the local and international markets. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Manage a team of farm operators. Design and manage a weekly, monthly, and quarterly work schedule/plan. Agricultural production, monitoring and implementation of field tasks with team members. Conduct market analyses for the farm (production timelines, costs, profitability, required resources). Conduct field research and run errands on behalf of supervisor. Collect, synthesize, and consolidate relevant data in organizational databases. Monitor and supervise field site(s) daily, liaise with and supervise famer(s) daily. Document all information related to risks, opportunities, successes, lessons, and best practices. Produce daily reports on the farm’s activities and collect field content (video, images). Perform other duties assigned by supervisor. Your Profile/ Skills A Bachelor’s degree or HND in a discipline related to agroeconomics, agriculture, agribusiness, crop production, animal husbandry or a related field is desirable (this is desirable but not mandatory). A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the agricultural sector is required. Experience working in a farm, poultry, fishery, or an agricultural setting is required. Strong computing skills and mastery of the Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, OneDrive, teams…) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French is required. Good teamwork, time management, organizational skills, and ability to work well under pressure. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Yaounde and willing to travel within Cameroon as needed. Contract Duration and Working Relationships 12month contract (with a 3-month probation), to be renewed subject to satisfactory performance.
