OPPORTUNITE : Project Assistant (Finance, Administration and Marketing) Who are we? Green Tasty Products is a Cameroonian company based in Yaounde, which aims to develop speciality products for the local and international markets. Major Duties and Responsibilities (Under supervision of the General Manager): Finance: Collect and consolidate financial data on company activities on Excel sheets. Manage account operations, maintain cash registers and receipts. Prepare financial statements, monthly and annual accounts, and tax returns. Follow up on tax and social security obligations (with guidance from the legal counsel). Administration: Run administrative operations and errands. Perform digital and physical archiving of documents. Prepare employee pay slips. Manage suppliers and inventory (orders, delivery invoices and regularisations). Marketing: Create and manage social media outlets for the company. Collect content (video, images, audio) on key activities. Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager Your Profile/ Skills A Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in project management, administration, or finance is required. Strong computing skills and mastery of Microsoft Excel, Word, OneDrive, and teams…) Good knowledge of key social media outlets and marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required A good knowledge of French is required. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Yaounde and willing to travel within Cameroon. Contract Duration and Working Relationships 12month contract (with a 3-month probation), to be renewed subject to satisfactory performance.
