JOB ADVERT : Senior Fullstack Developer Victoi is a Fintech startup based in Douala Cameroon with affiliates in the USA. We are an early-stage startup up with a dynamic and collaborative team. As Senior Full Stack Developer at Victoi, you'll build fully-fledged platforms using a range of different technologies. You'll be involved in the entire product development lifecycle including the design, development, deployment and maintenance of new and existing features. You'll write clean and functional code on the front- and back-end. You'll collaborate closely with our development team to ensure system consistency and to create a great user experience. You'll write reusable and maintainable code. You'll optimize web design for mobile for maximum speed. You'll also perform UI tests to optimize performance. Ultimately, your work will have direct impact on the stability and user experience of our products. Key Skills & Experiences: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), React, React Native and/or Ionic, Git, GitHub, Android Studio, Xcode, PHP, MySQL, restful APIs, Figma, Trello Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable web/mobile applications using React/React Native ensuring compatibility across various devices and platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and backend development, to define, design, and ship new features. Implement user interfaces that effectively convey our FinTech solutions and provide a seamless user experience. Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and responsiveness, while maintaining code quality and organization. Identify, diagnose, and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues, ensuring smooth application functionality.
