Job position : Finance Supervisor Working Location: Angola JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and analysis of financial statements, as well as the coordination of budgeting, forecasting, auditing activities, and the preparation of financial reports. Assemble loan documents and verify all appropriate documents are received and completed accurately Inputs loan information in the funding system and ensures that all the validations are met before funding Reviews and audits payroll, accounts payable, cash receipts, inventory, journal entries, and reconciliations, for specific business units Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. Extensive knowledge and understanding of finance and accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, and Word. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication (must speak and write in English language) and interpersonal skills Must be familiar with the complex accounting rules and regulations, and should possess the judgment that comes with the position. Should possess the financial knowledge and skills, as well as interpersonal and organizational abilities, to excel in the role.
