JOB ADVERT SAASA B2E is seeking a Bilingual Payroll Assistant to support our Human Resources department. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of payroll processes. Missions / Responsabilité / Activités KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Full-cycle payroll processing (data entry, validation, approval, and distribution). Accurate calculation of social contributions (CNPS, taxes, deductions) and compliance with fiscal deadlines. Meticulous tracking of payroll variables (overtime, bonuses, allowances, absences, and leave). Handling employee payroll inquiries (clarifications, adjustments, and dispute resolution). Secure payslip generation, delivery, and archiving (GDPR-compliant and internal policy adherence). Preparation and submission of social & tax declarations (CNPS, income tax, etc.). Timely resolution of payroll-related queries Proactive identification and implementation of payroll process improvements. Active participation in internal audits and compliance checks. Profil / Compétences /Exigences PROFILE Education & Qualifications: Degree: Bachelor's/Master's (BAC+3/5) in HR Management. Experience: Minimum 2 years professional experience in payroll management (HRIS systems, advanced Excel). Comprehensive understanding of Cameroonian legal obligations (CNPS, tax regulations, collective bargaining agreements). Languages: Bilingual (French & English) required - fluent in report writing and professional communication. Key Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail Absolute discretion when handling sensitive data. Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly deadlines.
