Our partner is offering an exciting opportunity for young professionals to join our team as Management control interns This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in internal control, process analysis, and operational compliance — all under the guidance of experienced professionals. Role Summary – What You’ll Do As an Management Controller (Intern), you will: Assist in reviewing internal documents, supporting reports, and operational records for consistency and compliance. Identify gaps in documentation or control processes and suggest improvements. Support the preparation of control reports and follow up on pending issues. Participate in periodic internal checks on administrative and financial procedures. Contribute to the documentation and standardization of workflows. Who Should Apply? We are looking for: Recent graduates (or final-year students) in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields. Individuals with strong critical thinking, organization, and communication skills. A keen eye for detail and the ability to learn quickly. Integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.
