SARL shares value such as The Best or Nothing Position: FINANCE OFFICER Specific Duties and Responsibilities Over all Financial management of Wills Corp Sarl Prepare monthly financial statements (Income statement, Balance sheet, cash flow, variance reports etc), Prepare and Manage Budgets and Cash forecast on a regular basis Review annual tax returns for the company, including all the required schedules so as to ensure that adverse exposure to taxation is limited Monitor that cash funds are properly managed and safely secured Implement and maintain all necessary internal control measures within the company Oversees the protection of the company's assets (cash, inventory, fixed assets) through the enforcement of internal control policies and procedures Maintains current knowledge of local government requirements related to finance and complies with tax and other legal requirements Manage bank accounts and Prepare bank reconciliations and fund reports. Prepare payroll and ensure allocation of payroll costs to appropriate general ledger accounts. Enter expenditures in the general ledger, generate reports and audit the accounting system as necessary.
