JOB ADVERT: RECEPTIONNIST TRANSSION HOLDINGS is the company formerly known as TECNO TELECOM Limited. A global company with offices in many countries and regions. We are looking for RECEPTIONNIST. Key Accountabilities: Serves visitors by greeting ,welcoming, and directing them appropriately, Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival, Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries , Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. Qualifications and Experience: Should have an HND/BTS in communication or related area; At least 1 year of experience in a similar position; Skilled in using Excel, Word, Power-point software; Basic knowledge on Typing. Capabilities and Skills : Open minded , smart , and responsible Person, Ability to solve new problem; Good communication skills; Fluent in English (written and spoken); Good Analytical skills; A dynamic person; Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure.
