JOB ADVERT: Social Media Manager We are looking for a social media passionate. The right candidate should lead a dynamic role in enhancing content creation across social platforms with a creative and innovative vision. Key Responsibilities Manage the content curation, planning, and publishing of Company Cameroon Social Media pages Create and plan social calendars, manage scheduling of content and visuals for all platforms Generate traffic and engagement across the social channels Strategize the social media campaigns for local and international releases through innovative assets usage Manage the social media communities across platforms and attend to fans messages to drive engagement Working closely with designer to create social media assets Align with the priorities of Company Cameroon to reflect on local content planning and creation Initiate campaigns and tactics to amplify engagement and reactive content Unitize technologies, tools, apps for design and monitoring Generate social analytics and insights to measure performance and ROI Assist CMO in admin, photo shoots, video shoots, events and planning Experience: 1 to 2 years of social media experience, community management and content creation Demonstrated social media marketing and community management experience with a relevant portfolio In-depth knowledge of all social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok and others) and tools Fluent in French and English as well as copywriting Knowledge & Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability in managing and allocating budgets Experience with social media listening tools knowledge of influencer marketing trends and the dynamic digital network Knowledge of digital media buying and online advertising booking tools Knowledge of YouTube functionality and features Knowledge of google ads campaigns execution and analytics Spoken and written French and English is a MUST Minimum Academic Level: Degree qualified preferred with relevant professional experience.
